  Had a great "pop-in" for our house insurance renewal today. Knowing that Tara wasn't our 'rep" any longer, we were a bit disappointed, but glad to find that she left everything in the good hands of Kimberley. The wait time was brief, and upon meeting Kimberley, we were immediately put at ease as she is professional and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all our questions that we had about our renewal, and even had a few suggestions of her own. We thoroughly enjoyed the process, our time spent, and look foreword to our next meeting with her again !

  Harbord was my go to in the 80's and then I moved out of the city. So glad to have found you again. The exceptional service at Harbord was efficient and friendly. Charlene and staff at Fairfield are thoughtful and happy. It's not often that I feel like laughing when buying insurance but you made the experience fun and memorable. And you found me the best deal. Your patience was outstanding. I shall be back! Thank you!!!

  I've been a Harbord customer for many years, appreciating their great hours and convenient locations. My last visit to their Fairfield office was terrific: they worked quickly and efficiently, with the staff showing great teamwork to process the renewals on two vehicles concurrently. Saved me precious time. Recommended.
