  My friend and I were in the beauty boutique swatching some testers because we both came there for items and a blonde lady with bangs comes up to us and says " don't touch anything because you won't be able to buy it because you're teenagers. You don't have enough money" when in reality we did and didn't end up buying what we wanted because of this experience. I expect her to be fired.

  Dropped off my prescription, they told me "great, that'll be 30 minutes" I went back just over 30 mins later and the lady says "um your scheduled for a 1 pm pick up (an additional 45 mins so 1.25 hrs total)" I told the lady I had been told 30 mins and she went and talked to a co-worker and they started talking to me like it was my fault. At no point had I been rude or raised a voice to them. Poor service. Will use a different pharmacy next time.

  Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. One woman staff member was very condecending and rude to me. Treated me like 'something she had stepped on'. This treatment happened not once but on a number of occasions at the pharmacy. In the end I asked for my medical records to be removed from the computer and that I would be getting my prescriptions elsewhere where the staff would be more pleasant
