- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We had an out of province vehicle to register and were told to come in by 5 pm to register it. We bought a one day permit from Discovery Insurance to take the vehicle in for an inspection and bring it back to the insurance company that afternoon. This permit necessitates us putting in writing exactly where we were driving the vehicle to for an inspection and where we were driving it back to...the insurance company.....We arrived by 5 pm only to be told that they could not service us as it would involve someone coming out to the vehicle in the parking lot and check the VIN number, and they would not do that within an hour of closing! We were told RULES ARE RULES" and they would not enable us to insure the vehicle!! They left us high and dry as now we could not move our vehicle without buying another permit!!!! We have three insurance policies with this company that we will not renew!!! We would not recommend this company and will never use their service again.zero stars!by susan robertsNovember 19, 2017
