- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have Enduring Power of Attorny for my father who has demtia. The manager there said they would need to call him and confirm I could access his account even after I brought in all the paperwork. The manager just kept smiling and saying "yup" to all my questions. At some point I asked if the manager had a degree in law and he replies "yup" I asked if he'd passed the bar in BC again he replied with "yup".
