  I always seem to get the same Pharmacist at London Drugs and I couldn't be more impressed. He is very knowledgeable. I am also a medical professional and I trust his advice implicitly because he is careful to research anything he's not familiar with (which is not a lot because he is aware of a great deal of complementary research). He also takes the time to check my plan and save me money. What more could you want? He is thorough, pleasant, never rushed and encourages questions. I was glad to come across this site because I have been meaning to commend him to London Drugs for a long time now but I am a procrastinator. So happy to have this opportunity to recommend him. I trust and like this pharmacy very much because of his excellence.

  Very poor customer service at the front tills. The older lady in customer service was rude to the people in front of me, and delayed many other customers by arguing rather than listening to what the customer actually needed. The junior clerk couldn't sell smokes or Lotto yet, so I had to wait for the rude lady to finish. After 10 min or so, Sherlock deduced that I must have been buying for minors and denied me service. She argued with me instead of listening and lost the store a customer who previously shopped there a few times a week. The electronics guys are awesome though! The one star I give is for them.
