  I've been calling for weeks trying to cancel an appointment, multiple times per day, and have never once gotten an answer. I've left a message asking to be called, and was never called. I've been scheduled for a phone interview by the doctor, waited all day, and she never called. I called that day, to no response. I called multiple times in the following days to try to find out what happened and never got an answer, and was finally called back a week or so later by the receptionist who didn't acknowledge how many times I had called just trying to find out what happened and told me the doctor had decided she didn't need to check up with me. To be clear, I don't blame the receptionist. I think if this is what happens with multiple patients, well... I wouldn't be able to keep up with calls either. I've been scheduled for tests without being told, only learning of my appointments from the imaging centres the day before I was supposed to come in. I cannot believe how incredibly hard it is to get a hold of anyone - I cannot believe how incredibly frustrated I am to have to keep calling. It's not like I enjoy making these calls. I NEED to cancel my appointment and as such need to at least reach someone. I desperately want to show the good side of any person or business I review here but I struggle to find anything about my experience that was positive. My husband was very unhappy with how she treated him too but good god this review is long enough as it is. The one star can represent the receptionists who are polite and I believe are doing their best given the situation.
