  I am a big baby because of my coal town, small town Alberta dentist memories from childhood. So finding this dentist has been truly endearing. I found him because I went online and checked out his ratings, and crossed my fingers. Now I'm hoping he never retires or moves. I went in yesterday because I lost half a molar eating bread. You know how that happens. In the same afternoon, froze me and it didn't hurt, put on a temporary fix, and booked the crown appointment. I have a couple little pills I take, and come to the appointment. Driven home by my daughter. It's not a big thing like it was. I watch the TV on the screen. Put in headphones. But beyond all that.... Dr Girard cares, and is patient, kind, gentle and FAST! I like him. He shares why he's doing what he's doing, and in layman's language. There's a picture to see what happened, and an xray. You can see both on big screens. My last crown looks great, and when I'm really brave, I'm going to get him to fix my front teeth, which could use a tune up . He gets a 5 out of 5.

  Dr Girard himself seems lovely and caring. The unfortunate part is the absolute mismanagement of our whole family's files. Missing documents we provided, rescheduling appointments and not notifying us, and more. If the front line staff could figure out the workflow of an office, I'm sure this could be a great neighbourhood dental office. I'll update my review if any of these issues get resolve.
