- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Jen at Shelbourne Physio on Cook St was a real help when I tore my left ACL (the second time). It was a year after when I was still doing rehab and not getting results. I couldn't walk up stairs properly or even go on a 10 minute walk - let alone do sports. She performed ART (active release therapy) which was painful but made a huge difference.
