  this place is the worst customer service I've experienced. I've had nothing but problems. I had three days that my insurance has expired and I go to renew and they wan5 all my bank information and charge me for new plates which I already have two sets and yet when they say you have 5 days Grace period and yet they want more money bs I'd go anywhere but this place and it's a joke.

  I was in Victoria visiting from out of town when I realized that my insurance needed renewing. I was told that the kiosk at Walmart was a quick and easy place to go. When I arrived there was four people waiting ahead of me. Standing in line I observed four insurance agents crammed into a tiny space, three on a front counter, and one at a side desk talking on the phone, this must have been the manager. This is what I observed: An agent sitting at the side desk talking on the phone loud enough that I could make out her conversation. Next I noticed three agents on the front facing counter jostling for space. The staff member in the middle was caught up in a paper shuffle constantly moving out of the way of the others. At one point one nearly collided with the other turning around to get paper off of a printer. The air was tense and uncomfortable, overall it was an absolute ridiculous scenario to watch. There's no privacy whatsoever between customers, three agents and three customers standing at a counter 10 feet long? This is a place that I am to trust my insurance needs to? I would be worried about paperwork being lost. Another gentleman standing behind me shook his head and commented that he had a small trucking company and was thinking about bringing his business to Sussex, he shook his head is disgust and left, at that point I left as well. The three agents themselves were doing their best in a cramped environment, but having said that four adult bodies in that small cramped space looks horrible to me. This place needs an overhaul. I left disgusted by what appeared to be a place lacking the most basic organization, leadership, direction and professionalism.
