- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Smug receptionist seemed to take pleasure in telling me that my former doctor had retired. "Your file has been deactivated" and that I "no longer have a doctor here". Sure, it's my fault for not seeing my family doctor in over five years, but have a little compassion... my mother went to our former doctor and then she died of cancer under his hand so I was avoiding him for personal reasons. No advice or anything else, just a feeble "sorry". I had been going to clinics before, guess that is my only option now that it seems there are no family doctors available in Victoria. The receptionist's attitude made me so angry!!!!by John SmMay 03, 2017
