  Marcia has been amazing to work with! It helps that she is an athlete herself, but it still willing to figure out the cause of aches and pains beyond her own sports. She has always been positive with me, never had me stop what I'm doing, and has been very encouraging and motivating for pursuing athletic endeavours. Marcia is great for treating specific pain as well as maintenance and prevention. She's very knowledgeable when it comes to mobility and it's great to know that she is constantly pushing herself to take more courses and increase her knowledge and treatment abilities!

  I've seen Marcia at Uplevel Phyiso with various running injuries over the years. With her thorough assessment and treatments she has gotten me back to pain free activity every time.

  After years of debilitating back and hip pain with drugs, spinal injections, acupuncture, meditation, etc. none of which relieved the symptoms, a few sessions with Moraine and her little stickers and I awoke a few days later virtually pain free! It's been so long I forgot how great it is to be able to walk and do things. These ladies are the best! I wholeheartedly endorse them even though I was initially skeptical that the treatments would work - so glad I was so wrong.

  I went to see Moraine about major shoulder pain that had been bothering me for months (and getting worse by the day). I had limited motion in the affected arm. I could tell on the first visit that Moraine was concerned as it was definitely on its way to being full-blown 'frozen' shoulder." After two treatments, I could see major improvement. And by the third or fourth visit, there was a miraculous change. The pain (which had been persistent) had largely lifted and there was much more mobility in the arm and shoulder. I am so relieved that I no longer have to live in pain and even better, that she is on the road to curing this thing completely! If there is anyone out there with shoulder pain, I highly recommend Moraine! I love her style! She just gives my should 'her all' for the full session and sends me out the door feeling happy!
