- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪These guys are great. I’ve been there many times with various emergency situations (my dog’s pierced ear drums and bleeding intestines to name two of many visits) ...they’ve been amazing every time. The staff are friendly and compassionate and they’re clear and upfront about the options available and the costs associated with each option. I don’t feel “sold to” It’s more expensive than a normal vet but it’s such peace of mind to know there’s a place I trust to go when something goes wrong, invariably on a weekend or after hours. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Called before I took my dog here. Lady was very pleasant and great. The Tech that first saw my dog was wonderful and informative. However, the Veterinarian that assisted afterwords was very cold and not pleasant at all. There seemed to be tons of staff but not a lot of help. They left us in a room for two hours, with out an explanation. This is also a hospital, so it’s NOT first come first serve, it’s based on the injury of the animal. FYI.
