- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Quality care. The staff are friendly, helpful and forgiving - they allow you the time and space to make decisions and try to help you to work out financing the work they do on your teeth. I have been a patient of Dr. Bruce Tranter and the dental hygienists for just over a year. I have found them to be good listeners and to provide good advice and to do good work on my teeth. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the Clinic tacks on amounts over and above what my insurance is willing to cover - every visit. Having said this, I don't know how common this practice is in Victoria. Perhaps it is because of the higher cost of living here? Maybe dentists in Victoria need to charge more in order to have the same standard of living as other dentists across the province..?by Derek PintoMay 31, 2017
